Ten Spa is a customer-centric organisation that aims to provide customers with the ability to choose and customise heavy-weight products such as hot tubs and saunas in the most convenient way possible. Origin, foundation history

Ten Spa was founded in Lithuania, Europe, in 2017. This company was established to promote a healthier lifestyle in Europe and to provide everyone with high-quality personal wellness equipment for their homes and gardens.

The company now has operations in several countries, including the United Kingdom Since (May 2021), Germany, Norway, France, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden (since 2018). We aspire to become, globally recognised company and expand our products delivery reach to all continents.

Ten Spa production is regulated by several ISO standards

Ten Spa has implemented ISO standards in its manufacturing, including quality management systems. Environmental management systems; requirements (9001:2015). Occupational health and safety management systems; requirements with usage guidance (14001:2015). Requirements with usage instructions (45001:2018).

This ensures absolute consistency and quality control of each finished Spa while also lowering our production costs, which we pass on to our customers. We strive to provide detailed information about the hot tubs, saunas, and other outdoor products that we manufacture to our customers. Every customer and his or her specific needs are important to us because it is a pleasure to treat customers as if they were a member of your family.

It allows us to design and manufacture environmentally friendly, high-quality home wellness products at the lowest possible cost. How we process your order

Once a 50% deposit or full payment is received through a selected payment gateway the Ten Spa team will begin to fulfil your order. Next, we will send an email with order confirmation, which will include either full receipt or an invoice for the deposit amount if total cost is being split. For additional trust, If the customer desires we can send an additional information such as photos, and videos from the manufacturing process of the hot tub or outdoor sauna that he has ordered. Including the photos of the products loaded for transportation can be sent to the customer upon request. Lastly, after a full payment is received for a manufactured hot tub or outdoor sauna it is shipped to the customer.

If the payment is made in full, we will process your order with urgency and will not delay any of fulfilment processes.

If the client needs a hot tub or outdoor sauna right away, he can pick up one of our in-stock items.
