How we process your order
Once a 50% deposit or full payment is received through a selected payment gateway the Ten Spa team will begin to fulfil your order. Next, we will send an email with order confirmation, which will include either full receipt or an invoice for the deposit amount if total cost is being split. For additional trust, If the customer desires we can send an additional information such as photos, and videos from the manufacturing process of the hot tub or outdoor sauna that he has ordered. Including the photos of the products loaded for transportation can be sent to the customer upon request. Lastly, after a full payment is received for a manufactured hot tub or outdoor sauna it is shipped to the customer.
If the payment is made in full, we will process your order with urgency and will not delay any of fulfilment processes.
If the client needs a hot tub or outdoor sauna right away, he can pick up one of our in-stock items.
