How we process your order
PLACING AN ORDER
Once a 50% deposit or full payment is received through a selected payment gateway the Ten Spa team will begin to fulfil your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Next, we will send an email with order confirmation, which will include either full receipt or an invoice for the deposit amount if total cost is being split.
MANUFACTURING
Lastly, after a full payment is received for a manufactured hot tub or outdoor sauna it is shipped to the customer.
SHIPPING
If the payment is made in full, we will process your order with urgency and will not delay any of fulfilment processes.
